NMIXX Tiny Desk Concert

I can’t say enough about this performance; talent abounds in this little room.

A few days ago, a friend turned me onto this vocal group, and from the moment I heard them, I loved them. And I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not really a fan of girl group K-pop. A bit too cutesy for me. But she was right and said, “I think you’ll like them.” Then this morning much to my delight, I happened upon a Tiny Desk concert featuring NMIXX and it blew my mind. They sound great with a backing band. Ladies, do this more often. It’s always a true test of talent singing live without the benefit of a studio. You rocked it. And hat’s off to the band for their superb arrangements.

I’m really hoping this post gets more views and people aren’t turned off by the K-pop association. It deserves to be heard. Love the jazz/blues vibe!
