Stupid is as stupid does
Stupid has nothing to do with IQ. It has nothing to do with the grades you received in school. Stupid refers to those who simply react to situations, never taking the time to stop and think. It refers to people who repeatedly make the same mistakes, once, twice, three times. They never seem to learn from their errors.
