THE MAY 10TH SUPERSTORM ELECTRIFIED EARTH’S ATMOSPHERE: The geomagnetic superstorm of May 10, 2024, did more than spark widespread auroras. New data show that it also electrified Earth’s atmosphere. Fair weather electric fields jumped as much as 15% for four days after the storm.
I absolutely fell in love with Symon, a female African grey with an English accent (she picked that up from daddy)! Once again, this morning, it struck me that I wasn’t your “usual” child. Even as I aged, I never had typical yearnings (and I can say with certainty, that I’m still an unusual adult). 🙂 While many of my friends had their entire lives set in stone, you know, dreaming of living in the burbs, married with two children, I never experienced those yearnings.
