The latest from The Sloth Conservation Organization. This is the story of collaring Tender, a Costa Rica two-toed sloth. New tech make the collars light enough for sloths. They collect a wide variety of data and after six months, the collar will automatically drop off and can be retrieved by following its signal. Then researchers can download the collected data.

A very happy birthday to Senna the sloth (on left/Jimin on right). It’s also the 7th anniversary for BTS! Yes, they are ready to party!! They are decked out in the appropriate purple ribbons. These boys know how to “Make it Right!” We will be watching Bang Bang Con on Sunday. They are ready to get up at 4 AM with their crazy mom (me)! BTS and my little sloths have brought much joy and happiness into my life. 🐋💜

I just finished reading Sloths, Life in the Slow Lane by Rebecca Cliffe. I loved the photography by Suzi Eszterhas, and the facts shared with us by the author. A recommended read and adorable coffee table book for company. Spread the news and support the sloths and The Sloth Conservation Foundation. BTW, this book has the stamp of approval from Senna and Jimin. After all, who better to endorse a hard cover on slowest moving mammals on earth!
