By switching to Linux (my final flavor – Ubuntu 26.04), I’m now using open-source software. Yes, the free stuff. I’m no longer tied to outrageous subscriptions, such as Microsoft 365. Yet, there was one Windows-based program I couldn’t live without – Affinity Suite. It provided me with everything I needed to create not only my books, but those of my clients. It is an indispensable asset in my arsenal. The best software I’ve ever used. But, and there’s always a caveat – a Linux version doesn’t exist at the moment. So, what to do?
